| Demonstration Derby is a free event open to staff, students and the general public. Come along and have a go at Kickboxing, dancing, cooking and more. Demonstrations of these activities and more will take place throughout the day. Fife Council, NHS and Total Sports Pro are just a few of the exhibitors attending on the day. There will also be a smoothie bar and a raffle with great prizes including gym membership and hair treatments. |
