Step In Celebration
08 February 2010
Students from Adam Smith College were celebrating recently after completing a new 18 week ‘Step In’ course.

The successful students were awarded their certificates at a celebration event held at the College’s St Brycedale Campus in Kirkcaldy. During the event the students showcased some of their new skills including Poetry, Speeches and a Digital Media Production.
The ‘Step In’ programme is funded in part through the Community Planning Partnership Project and through the Community Learning Partnership fund. These agencies, along with Adam Smith College, share the responsibility of running the courses which are designed to enable people to grow in confidence and build on their personal skills.
Shirley Scott, Vice Principal of Adam Smith College said,
“It’s very rewarding to see so many new students celebrate their achievements. They have all worked extremely hard over the past 18 weeks and this event is a wonderful way to share their success with family, friends and with the staff from partnership agencies who also support them. I wish each of them the best of luck for the future”.
