Dancers are employed to perform across a range of industries including Theatre, TV, Film, Cruise Ships and in the community. Now recognised as a popular and fulfilling career choice for aspiring dancers and choreographers the ever expanding market requires dancers trained expertly across a range of dance styles to an advanced level.

Practical Projects

As part of the course you will be involved in our performance projects. You may also have the opportunity to participate in a dance related work placement.

Entry Requirements

One of the following:

  • 2 Highers and 4 Standard Grades
  • Relevant NQ course
  • Industrial experience or other qualifications will be considered on an individual basis

AND

  • Successful Audition

Further Study

  • BA Modern Ballet - RSAMD
  • BA Dance or Performing Arts courses at universities and accredited Dance Schools throughout the UK

Entry to degree courses in performing arts is by audition therefore formal articulation routes do not exist.
